It's one thing to deal with depression, it's another thing to actually know how to deal with it. This is my struggle learning how to cope, learning how to end toxic habits and starting healthy new ones. The sink is a place that gets ignored when I swim in a depressive episode, the monologue is the conversation between me and my coping mechanisms.
